Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call Master-Pak Inc to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 15 days. Items purchased from Master-Pak Inc cannot be returned more than 15 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted.
Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

UPS Shipping
How do I know if my order will ship UPS?
UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
